Registration Period
The registration period is from the 16th to the 25th of each month. However, new students can apply for enrollment at any time on a space available basis.

Registration Procedures

1. New students should complete their registration by the 23rd of each month OR pay their tuition a week before the start of classes.

2. Continuing students should submit their re-registration forms before the 25th of each month or pay their next tuition in full a week before the start of next session.

3. Please attach 1 photo to the application. A registration fee of NT$200 must be paid by each new student during the registration period. Former students or students currently enrolled are not required to pay this fee.

Tuition

• Individual Class:
  10 hrs. or more hrs/week = NT$320/hour. 1 to 9 hours/week = NT$350/hour

• 2 student-class: NT$220/hr./student

• 3 student-class: NT$180/hr./student

• 4 student-class: NT$150/hr./student

• 5-10 students Day Group (10 hrs/wk):
  NT$4800 / 40 hrs. / 4 weeks, NT$8500 / 80 hrs / 8 weeks, NT$12000 /120 hrs /12 weeks

• Night Group Classes (7-9pm):
  NT$4500 / 40 hrs. / 4 weeks, $7700 / 80 hrs / 8 weeks,$11250 /120 hrs /12 weeks,
  or (6:30-9:40, 3 nights/wk) for 10 hrs/wk

• Taiwanese Individual Classes: NT$400/hour

• Individual Malay Language: NT$400/hr

• Out of School -- Individual Chinese Classes: NT$700/hr up

• English Individual Classes: NT$750/hr

Regulations

1. Tuition for the entire term must be paid in full before the start of classes. If it is not paid by this time, the student will not be permitted to attend classes.

2. Tuition does not include textbooks, workbooks, cassette tapes, or any other study materials.

3. Applicants from abroad must pay a tuition deposit of US$150 to reserve their 120 hrs group classes. The deposit should be paid by wire-transfer to the following account and a photocopy of your transfer receipt should be included when applying.

4. According to the government stipulations, the refund can only be made under the following circumstances.
   I. If the students decide not to attend the school before the classes start, 70% of the remaining tuition will be refunded.
   II. If the students attend less than 1/3 of the paid classes, 50% of the remaining tuition will be refunded.
   III. If the students have studied over 1/3 of the classes, no refund can be granted.

5. An hour contains 50 minutes classroom instruction.
   e.g. the 10 am - 12 noon class starts at 10:10am and there is a 10 minutes break between 11: 00 - 11:10am.
   Students should notify the school one-day in advance if they are unable to attend individual classes. If not the case, then the teaching hours will be calculated. If advance permission was obtained, individual tutorials may be made up within the same month.

6. No classes are held on national holidays; no tuition is required for those holidays.

7. The school will not be opened when strong typhoon comes. Students and teachers should listen to the announcement from the city government to see if there will be a class or not in typhoon day. One-on-one students can ask for make-up-classes after the typhoon days.
